Shawsheen Valley Technical High School is seeking a Student Attendance & Behavior Monitor Paraprofessional for the 2026-2027 school year. The paraprofessional assigned to this role will work in the Dean’s Office and their primary responsibilities will be to track and monitor student attendance; build and maintain relationships and communication with families of high-risk students; and assist the Dean of Students and Assistant Principal with the daily monitoring of students and the enforcement of the Shawsheen Valley Technical High School Student Handbook. The ideal candidate for this position is an organized, flexible, team player who can maintain student confidentiality, establish appropriate boundaries with students, take direction from and work collaboratively with staff, and have strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Experience effectively supervising students in a vocational/technical high school setting preferred. Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
